A few things worth knowing.
What earns a 30% commission?
The amount actually collected for eligible euro subscriptions, after promo codes, offers and applied credits, excluding tax. An €80 subscription paid at €20 earns €6 in commission. Credit packs, one-off services and €1 trials are excluded.
How long do recurring commissions last?
You earn 30% on eligible payments while your referrals remain subscribed. Future income is not guaranteed: failed payments or cancellations stop new commissions.
How are referrals attributed?
Visitors can agree to remember your referral for 60 days before signing up. They can also enter your code before their first purchase. The last accepted link before registration applies; a confirmed attribution cannot be replaced.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Commissions become available after 30 days. Once you have €50, request a withdrawal in your dashboard. Stripe verifies your identity and bank details, then processes the bank payout. Track its status and estimated arrival date. Bank processing times vary.
What happens after a refund?
Commissions are adjusted in proportion to refunds. Disputed payments are held while reviewed. If a commission was already paid out, the adjustment is deducted from future earnings.
Can I use my own referral link?
No. Self-referrals, fake accounts, misleading discounts, spam and advertising on the Scenby brand are prohibited. Clearly disclose affiliate links to your audience.
