1. Eligibility

Operated by IADEM under the Scenby brand. Open to adults and businesses based in a country listed during enrollment. Joining is free and requires no subscription. You confirm your information is accurate and that you are eligible to receive commissions.

2. Attribution

Visitors can agree to remember your referral for 60 days before signing up. They can also enter your code before their first purchase. The last accepted link before registration applies; a confirmed attribution cannot be replaced. Only new customers with no previous purchase are eligible. Remembering a referral requires visitor consent, which can be withdrawn through the privacy control on the site. Voluntarily entering a code before purchase permits attribution without prior tracking. Visit counts are indicative; clicks are not remunerated.

3. Commissions

The amount actually collected for eligible euro subscriptions, after promo codes, offers and applied credits, excluding tax. An €80 subscription paid at €20 earns €6 in commission. Credit packs, one-off services and €1 trials are excluded. The rate is 30%, calculated in cents and rounded to the nearest cent. Commission is based on funds actually collected, excluding taxes and after discounts and applied credits. An annual invoice earns commission on the eligible annual amount collected, not another commission each month. There is no earnings cap.

4. Availability and withdrawals

Commissions become available after 30 days. Once you have €50, request a withdrawal in your dashboard. Stripe verifies your identity and bank details, then processes the bank payout. Track its status and estimated arrival date. Bank processing times vary. Withdrawals are in euros to an eligible bank account. Stripe must verify identity, country and payout information. Scenby is not a bank or deposit service: the earnings balance represents commissions owed. Deposits and transfers between users are not available. You are responsible for any bank charges and applicable tax obligations.

5. Refunds and disputes

Commissions are adjusted in proportion to refunds. Disputed payments are held while reviewed. If a commission was already paid out, the adjustment is deducted from future earnings. A hold or review may delay payment following a dispute, missing information or documented suspicion of fraud. Contact support for an explanation or to challenge a decision.

6. Responsible promotion

No. Self-referrals, fake accounts, misleading discounts, spam and advertising on the Scenby brand are prohibited. Clearly disclose affiliate links to your audience. You remain independent and must not impersonate a Scenby employee or representative. Do not promise guaranteed income, publish fake testimonials or advertise unauthorized discounts. Respect third-party rights and the rules of the platforms you use.

7. Suspension and termination

You can request closure through support. Scenby may suspend new referrals and withdrawals in case of abuse or required verification. Legitimately earned commissions remain recorded, subject to refunds and established fraud. Material program changes are announced in advance and do not retroactively reduce earned commissions.

8. Data and contact

Partners see pseudonymous referral identifiers, not customer email addresses or payment details. Financial records and required supporting documents are retained for accounting and applicable obligations. Please read our privacy policy.
