Acceptable Use Policy

Scenby is a content creation tool intended for creative, marketing, educational and professional purposes. Any use contrary to applicable laws, third-party rights, human dignity, or AI ethics is strictly prohibited.

IADEM reserves the right to immediately suspend, without notice and without refund, any Account in violation of this Policy, and to report illegal content to the competent authorities.

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any creation, sharing or attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, is strictly prohibited. Any detected incident is immediately reported to the competent authorities (PHAROS, NCMEC).

2.2 Non-Consensual Deepfakes

Scenby enforces a strict prohibition on all deepfakes — meaning any reproduction of the image, face, voice or identity of a real person (living or recently deceased), without their explicit written consent.

The following are specifically prohibited:

• Non-consensual pornography (revenge porn, NSFW deepfakes);
• Depicting public figures (politicians, celebrities) making statements they did not actually make;
• Identity theft, fraud by impersonating a voice or face;
• Misappropriating avatars of real people for advertising purposes without their agreement.

For any generation involving an identifiable face or voice, the User must, on request from IADEM, be able to provide proof of written consent from the person concerned.

2.3 Hateful, Discriminatory, Harassing Content

The following content is prohibited:

• Incitement to racial, ethnic, religious, sexual or disability-related hatred;
• Glorification of crimes against humanity or violence;
• Harassment, defamation or intimidation of an identifiable person;
• Content in violation of the French Pleven (1972), Gayssot (1990), or Avia (2020) laws.

2.4 Counterfeiting and Intellectual Property Infringement

The following are prohibited:

• Unauthorized reproduction of registered trademarks, logos, or protected characters;
• Imitating the style of living artists to compete with them commercially without agreement ("style mimicry" for commercial purposes);
• Any generation aimed at counterfeiting a third-party product or service.

2.5 Disinformation and Political Manipulation

The following are prohibited:

• Creating false information presented as authentic;
• Political manipulation (fake speeches by candidates, fake campaign trailers);
• Falsifying evidence ("fake" photos/videos used to mislead).

2.6 Illegal Activities

• Creating content related to terrorist activities, glorification of terrorism, or weapons;
• Selling, distributing or circumventing illegal products (drugs, counterfeits, weapons);
• Attempts at intrusion, phishing, or mass scraping of the Service;
• Any other offense under French, European or international law.

2.7 Sexual Content

Scenby is not an adult-oriented platform. The generation of explicit pornographic content is prohibited, and AI model safety checkers are always enabled on all generations.

By using Scenby, you agree to:

• Strictly comply with this Policy and the full Terms of Service;
• Not attempt to bypass the safety filters or technical protections of the Service;
• Clearly disclose to recipients that the created content is generated by artificial intelligence, whenever required by law (European AI Act transparency requirements, 2026);
• Keep, for any generation involving an identifiable third party, proof of their written consent;
• Cooperate with IADEM in case of a legitimate request for audit or verification.

Any violation of this Policy results, at the sole discretion of IADEM, in:

• A written warning for minor, isolated violations;
• Immediate suspension of the Account for serious or repeated violations;
• Permanent closure of the Account without refund;
• Reporting to the competent authorities for clearly illegal content (PHAROS, prosecutor's office, NCMEC for CSAM);
• Civil proceedings for damages caused to IADEM or third parties.

Scenby does not embed provenance metadata in generated content: it is your responsibility to disclose the AI nature of an ad where the law or the distribution platform requires it.

The free trial ad carries a visible "Scenby" watermark. Ads from paid plans have none; removing the watermark by any means other than subscribing is forbidden and in no way a
